Welcome to Sisters Moving Seniors, We help to simplify organize and manage your move. Sisters Moving Seniors LLC is a local owned sister-owned business serving the front range area of Colorado. We pride ourselves in providing caring and compassionate assistance to seniors and their families who need help simplifying and organizing a move. Our Services will be tailored to your specific situation and we'll manage it for you, from to start to finish.
Our Moving Process
Before The Move
“Before your move we will- Downsize and declutter by organizing your belongings by what you are keeping, selling, donating, and giving away Create a floor plan for your new home Recommend and help hire moving companies Recommend and help hire auction/ estate sale companies Set timing schedule for packing, moving, and unpacking”
During The Move
“During your move we will- Provide all packing supplies Ensure all boxes are packed and labeled correctly Coordinate delivery at new home Drop items at consignment or resale”
After The Move
“After your move we will- Unpack and set up new home Remove all boxes and packing supplies Ensure all electronics are connected or scheduled Hang pictures Make bed for first night in new home Follow up visit at the end of the first week in your new home to make sure everything is just right”
Additional Services
Manage and disburse items to family members Help preserve important documents Obtain expert evaluation of art, jewelry, etc Schedule service providers including cleaners, repair workers, etc And more…..
Who we are and what we do.
We are sisters, Alisa Stokes & Mindy Popken. We both live in the Colorado Front Range area, 20 minutes from each other. We became aware that there was a great need for help with our growing senior population in making transitions. Moving can be overwhelming financially and emotionally, especially for seniors who may be moving for the first time in years.
We decided to combine our abilities with our compassion & launched Sisters Moving Seniors.
We are your point of contact every step of the way. From our first visit to our last, you can count on us to provide personalized and professional services.
